Composite = Σ(normalized sub-score × weight) ÷ Σweights, 0–100, normalized across the visible tab. Hard rules: algo-banned → AVOID; intraday-trailing DD penalized. Fee structure favors one-time billing for eval tabs (monthly fees bleed you while you grind the eval — time-constrained pass-rate is the binding constraint). Tiers: PRIORITIZE ≥75 · VIABLE 55–74 · SITUATIONAL 35–54 · AVOID <35 or hard-fail.
