Read the numbers honestly
  • Plan against ~45% (chop floor), not the ~54% trend headline — the validation window is all-trend.
  • TV dollar figures are continuous-roulette artifacts, not edge truth. Trust clean firing + pass cadence only.
  • Jackpot-carried: median fire-day is negative; the +160 runner is the entire edge. Lumpy, back-loaded equity.
  • Catastrophic gap tail −$2,880 > the $2k DD — real, did not fire in-sample. 9:35 entry + news calendar mitigate, not remove.
House-money float — the circuit breaker
  • Fund eval fees + float ONLY from redeployed funded payouts. Personal capital is ring-fenced.
  • Buy bundles only from what's above the float. Pool hits the floor mid-cold-streak → PAUSE new bundles until payouts replenish.
  • Never top up from personal capital. That pause is the entire downside cap.
  • Per-account downside is fee-capped; the firm bears trading losses. No cash-ruin channel.
